Acceptance
By creating an account or using SCAN2LOG you agree to these Terms. SCAN2LOG is a digital service operated by Andre Silva under the business name AS Platforms. Features and plan entitlements may differ according to the plan shown for your account.
Your account
You are responsible for your login credentials and for activity in your account. Keep your access details private and contact us if you suspect unauthorised use.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service unlawfully, do not attempt to access other users' data, do not disrupt or overload the service or its AI functions, and do not upload malicious files or content you have no right to use.
Uploaded documents
You keep ownership of the documents and data you upload, and you grant us only the permission needed to store, process and display them for you. You confirm that you are authorised to upload each document and its personal data.
Accuracy is your responsibility
SCAN2LOG organises the information you provide. You remain responsible for reviewing, correcting and confirming records, mileage values and specifications. We do not verify documents against manufacturers, registries or workshops.
AI-generated information
AI-assisted extraction, summaries and analysis can contain errors. You must review important information before relying on it. AI features may be subject to the allowance, credits, rate limits or fair-use conditions displayed for your plan or purchase.
Vehicle history and reports
History reports and intelligence sections are generated from the records in your account. Missing documents mean missing history: a report shows what is documented, not a complete or certified vehicle history.
Vehicle sharing
Share links are created by you and are readable by anyone who has the link. You are responsible for deciding who receives a link, and you can revoke it at any time. We cannot recall information that a recipient has already seen, copied or forwarded.
Market-value information
Any market, valuation or price information displayed by SCAN2LOG is informational unless expressly stated otherwise. Estimates and third-party market information do not guarantee a sale price, purchase price or vehicle value.
Plans and pricing
SCAN2LOG may offer Free, Pro, Fleet, Corporate or other plans, subscriptions and one-time purchases. Before you place a paid order, the applicable product or plan, total price, taxes where applicable, billing interval, minimum duration where applicable and renewal information are shown in the purchase flow. Recurring subscriptions continue according to the terms displayed at purchase until cancelled. Plan entitlements, including AI allowances or credits, are shown with the relevant offer.
Service availability
We aim to keep SCAN2LOG available and reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, security events, provider outages and necessary product changes can temporarily affect availability. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
Termination
You may stop using SCAN2LOG and may request deletion of your account. A paid subscription must be cancelled using the cancellation method provided for that subscription; deleting an account and cancelling a subscription are separate actions unless the relevant flow expressly confirms both. We may restrict or suspend access where necessary for security, non-payment, unlawful use or a material breach of these Terms, subject to applicable law.
Intellectual property
The SCAN2LOG name, interface, design and software belong to us. Your vehicle data and documents remain yours.
Third-party services
SCAN2LOG uses third-party infrastructure and service providers for parts of the service, which may include hosting, authentication, storage, AI processing and payment processing. Availability of those external services can affect SCAN2LOG. Data processing by providers is described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
SCAN2LOG organises user-provided and AI-assisted vehicle information and does not replace a professional vehicle inspection or professional mechanical, legal, financial, insurance or valuation advice. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including mandatory consumer rights.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms for valid reasons, including changes to the service, law, security requirements or commercial offerings. Where applicable law requires notice or consent for a change, we will provide it. The current version and update date are published on this page.
